We sold this boat to the present owner 10 months ago but due to some health issues, they are regrettably offering her for sale. They are more than happy to share the survey they had done last October to anyone who is interested. Here is a short list of somethings they have done to her since purchasing her.
- New anchor roller
- New anchor rode
- New Jensen Radio/CD/MP3
- 2 new tachs
- Garmin GPS/sounder 741xs
- New Green Sunbrella cover from the windshield to the transom
- New rear seat cover
Do not have the year of this boat put you off. She has been immaculately maintained and it shows everywhere you look. Her hull and deck look like a much newer vessel with a unique Dark Green painted hull and polished decks that shine. All the soft goods on her exterior have been replaced from her canvas to her cockpit and bridge deck cushions, and all indoor and outdoor carpeting has been replaced. In 1989 Sea Ray made some notable changes to the interior, where the earlier models were laden with teak and were quite dark below, this boat is bright and inviting.
Just to mention a few of the items that have been updated through the years;
- Both transmissions were completely rebuilt
- Fuel gauges and fuel sensors replaced in 2021
- Air-conditioning replaced in 2011
- Bottom soda blasted and barrier coated
- Kohler 7.5KW generator installed 2011 and only has 100 hrs
- Vacu-flush toilet replaced in the last 3 years
- All cockpit vinyl seating re-covered in the last 5 years
- Canvas has been replaced in the last 8 years and looks great
- Some Isenglass replaced in the last 5 years
- Heat exchangers were completely rebuilt in 2015
- Windlass motor replaced in 2015
- New water heater and hoses in 2021
Bay Dancer needs to be seen to appreciate just how nice she is. Despite all the attention the owners have invested in this boat, they are realistic in regard to her asking price. This is a lot of boat that is in “Turn Key” condition. Don’t pass this beauty by!
