Master Suite: The master suite has a center line, walk around standard queen mattress. The cabin has plenty of storage with four large drawers, two hanging closets with lights plus additional storage cabinets. It is well ventilated with four large portholes and one large hatch. There is also a large mirror and vanity. It also has four over head lights, two reading lights and three valence tube lights.
Guest Suite: The guest suite is perfect for accommodating another couple or family members. It has two large drawers, a lighted hanging closet and shelves. It also has two large opening ports, an overhead hatch and a built in fan for ventilation.
Head: Spacious, brightly light and well ventilated head (2 large opening ports) has plenty of storage and towel racks. It also has a tub/shower with plenty of hot water for you and your crew. The shower is equipped with an exhaust fan.
Her galley has plenty of storage with 8 drawers, overhead cabinets two large under counter cabinets and two shelves over the refrigerator/freezer. Counters are finished in granite. There is a 4 burner Magic chef stove/oven plus ice maker. With the "galley up" location, the cook is always part of the conversation and activities, either at anchor or under way. Fresh, filtered pure water is provided via a separate galley faucet.
Galley enhancements include a custom Glacier Bay Ultra-R refrigerator/freezer (6 cf and 2 cf respectively). This unit provides R50 insulation. When combined with the Frigoboat keel cooled compressor and digital, smart speed control, this means keeping loads of frozen and fresh food, very little draw from your large house bank of batteries. Granite counters and a Seagull Water Purifier were added. A new, custom built teak and ebony salon dining table was built.
Exterior: The hull, decks and cabin have all been Awlgriped and are extremely easy to keep clean and shiny. There is plenty of room to lounge, socialize and entertain in the cockpit, on the flybridge or on the expansive bow deck. The covered catwalks are wide with high sides and sturdy 1 1/4" stainless railings, so moving about under way is safe and secure. Port and starboard gates make getting on and off the boat a breeze.
Anchoring: It is a breeze, with her Lofrans 1200W windlass, 66 lb. Bruce anchor and 250' of 3/8" high tensile chain.
Hull, Deck and Flybridge: All teak decks were removed. A new, larger swim platform was constructed and Weaver Davits installed. A transom shower was added.
Bow storage lockers were constructed. Flybridge seating was re-configured and new cushions and backrests added. Canvas was updated. New Pilot/Co-Pilot chairs were added. All fiberglass from the waterline and up had three coats of primer and three coats of Awlgrip. Decks were finished in a contrasting taupe non-skid.
Westerbeke 8 KW Generator, 660 amp house bank was added along with 220 amp starting batteries. Bowmar 100 amp Series 6 alternators, smart regulators and a Bowmar alternator combiner were added. Also, a Xantrex 3000W inverter and 140 amp charger, which when combined with the generator, provide freedom from having to plug in at the marina.
Vacuum gauges were added to each fuel line and fuel tanks were drained and cleaned. New fuel fill hoses and vent hoses were installed. The whole engine room was de-greased, sanded and painted. Two new Rule 2000 bilge pumps were added.
Raymarine A65 Chart Plotter - Icom 402B VHF and Remote for Flybridge - Lofrans Tigress 1200W Windlass, 66 lb. stainless steel Bruce anchor and 250' of 3/8" high tensile chain - Phantom screen door for rear sliding door in salon - Tantyme boat motion alarm and siren installed - Trident Marine Propane Locker, solenoid, pressure gauge and 2 x 10 lb. tanks. Propane line replaced. New navigation lights - New engine mounts and shaft couplers and Drivesavers installed - CO2 detector installed - New Marine Air digital Reverse Heat/Air installed - Two large cast aluminum hatches were sand blasted, primed and painted and new glass installed - A Sidepower S95 bow thruster was installed. Spacious, spotlessly clean, well maintained and easy access to all equipment for servicing. Main engines have Racor 900 fuel filters with vacuum gauges. There is a fuel manifold and fuel transfer pump. Each engine has a stainless steel drip tray underneath - Fuel tanks have been well maintained. Each of 4 X 100 gallon tanks have large access ports and are spotless. All batteries are in proper regulation boxes with lids. All battery switches are located near lower helm, well away from engine room. Engines have been extremely well maintained and maintenance logs are available. Engine room very well insulated.
This boat has had a lot of good care and upgrades, and pride of ownership is apparent, other things to mention is: New Props in 2014, Bottom was Peeled and Barrier Coated in 2013, New Salon Cushions and Upholstery in 2015, all Manuals and Original Blue Prints. A must see!!!!
